THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

We are looking for young candidates currently pursuing or who have completed their BARCH or MARCH from an accredited school. Candidates should be familiar with AutoCAD (proficient), Revit, Sketchup, Adobe Creative Suite, Vray, Lumion, and Photoshop.

Responsibilities:

  • Ability to problem-solve, multi-task, work independently and collaborate with others
  • Desire to learn, strong work ethic, strong communication skills, and great attitude
  • Successful candidates will assist senior staff with projects in all phases of architecture.

  • Job Captain:

  • SynArc Studio is seeking a highly motivated Job Captain to support our many projects and project types.

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Provide support for all aspects of architectural design, from presentations for clients to working with drawings. This work can include hands-on architectural work, such as drafting and 3D modeling, and sketching.
    • Produce and comprehend architectural red lines and efficiently produce documents and revisions.
    • Balance short-term deadlines and long-term projects.
    • Respond to R.F.I’s, review shop drawings & submittals, and maintain all logs and other construction administration documentation.

  • Construction Manager / Project Manager:

  • We are seeking a Construction / Project Manager to join our team! You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation.

    Responsibilities:

    • Oversee all aspects of a construction project from Agency approval through Certificate of Occupancy.
    • Allocate resources for assigned projects
    • Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
    • Review contractor invoices for an accurate percentage of completion.
    • Verify that field construction adheres to the original plans and specifications and is consistent with the design intent.

    Qualifications:

    • Previous experience in construction management, architectural construction administration,  or in related fields.
    • Familiarity with construction management software and construction drawings.
    • Strong leadership qualities
    • Scheduling through MS Project and being able to produce and maintain Gantt charts.
    • Read and red-line construction documents.
    • Deadline and detail-oriented
