Westcliff University is a 35,000 tenant improvement project located in the heart of Irvine, CA. This space was a combination of academic class rooms and faculty offices with private offices and open workspaces. The ceilings are adorned with cloud panels to give this space depth, as well as accentuating the ceiling with a modern lighting design all the way through the space. Our client wanted to give the University Staff an elevated and modern feel with glass private offices with sliding doors as well as top of the line workstations in the open area. We worked with our clients to choose every finish to give them their vision of the culture they envisioned for this space. Collaborating with furniture and branding companies, we made sure the Westcliff University presence was felt throughout the space. We designed this space as a crisp, modern and forward thinking design to attract more students and staff for this growing University.
