Our client wanted to transform their courtyard from a boring docile environment, to a place the employees and clients would be excited about. This commercial real estate office located in Ontario, CA wanted to take full advantage of the beauty of Southern California by adding a combination of lush modern greenery and industrial like hardscape. Blending popular styles of the desert succulents, olive trees and palm trees, which are all landscaping that are considerably drought tolerant and low maintenance and can withstand the hot California sun. Nuzzled amongst the trees are several communal spaces inclusive of a bocce ball court, bbq area with bar seating, several fire pits and lounge areas – making this the perfect space to bring clients out for a meeting or take a break from the work day with fellow employees!
