In the heart of Garden Grove, CA this conceptual design brings a sense of a metropolitan community to Northern Orange County. The mixed use project is located at the North-West corner at the intersection of Garden Grove Boulevard & Brookhurst Street. The project site is 13.9 acres consisting of 600 residential dwelling units, 50,000 square feet of both commercial & retail spaces centralized around a one-acre park with pedestrian promenades and walkways.
