Conceptual design for an Urban Development located in the heart of Rosemead, CA. This 1,600,000 square foot development consists of three residential towers that can be divided down to three parcels. This neighbors up against a modern commercial development including a boutique hotel, 4 commercial towers and a large entertainment center.
